Boundary Surveys
Survey Studio can accuratey plot the physical boundary of your property/plot of land & present the findings as a scaled AutoCAD/PDF plan showing the position of all relevant features such as:

We display our findings with Ordnance Survey (OS) background mapping on the boundary plan as standard, giving the site context to its surroundings. We show neighbouring properties, roads, watercourses etc. making the boundary clearly identifiable.
To assist with boundary disputes we can overlay our survey information with the registered boundary outlined in the property deeds & assess whether there are any discrepencies between the two. Both the registered boundary & surveyed boundary are then clearly presented in the final plan.
Our plans are fully Land Registry compliant & can be used to assist with boundary disputes, form part of a new lease or other conveyancing purposes.
We also offer a 'setting out' service for new or existing boundaries by clearly marking physical points on the ground.
